University of North Texas Software on non-University of North Texas Machine Agreement

 

By installing the software,_________________________________________________________, on your non-University of North Texas computer, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as to the use of the software.

The Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and the University of North Texas concerning the terms indicated below.

1. The software is owned and will continue to be owned by the University of North Texas.
2. The software will be uninstalled from the computer in the event of termination of the relationship between you and the University of North Texas.
3. You agree to be bound by the License Agreement accompanying the software.
4. The software will only be used for official business of the University of North Texas
5. The software will be used on the computer at the following location:
